The following contract involves Users or Agents and Travel Technologies Limited T/A mystudentholidays.com. This involves any association of its trading names including websites. Terms and conditions below are covered by the ATOL NO….. as shown on documentations and invoices. If there happens to be any dissent with the terms and conditions, please do not use the services provided by Travel Technologies Limited T/A mystudentholidays.com. Your confirmation initiates the booking of travel disposition via Email, Phone or via www.mystudentholidays.com.

We act just as a specialist – When you make a booking your agreement (or contracts) will dependably be with the supplier(s) of the travel administrations you have booked with. Our commitments to you may fluctuate contingent on which arrangements you book with us, and we set them out unmistakably underneath.

  •  RESERVATION OF TRAVEL

Receipts of your requests and deposits will assure from that point a Cancellation penalty will be applied with information regarding the following steps. Please assure that bookings made via telephone is equivalent to booking online or in person. This confirmation will be booked via the system and the process will proceed on request. All calls will be recorded for monitoring and training purposes. Bookings will only be accepted through parties at the age of 18 and over.

You may wish to buy flights, hotels, car rentals, transfers or different services on our site. Every segment will be given by various third-party suppliers of the options you have chosen. Your agreement will be with the individual providers and not with us. Since you make your own decision by adding every segment independently to make your own bespoke booking, this isn’t a package so therefore, you are not secured under the Package Travel Regulations; and except if you book a Flight-Plus, your booking may not be covered by ATOL either.

  •  PRICE GUARANTEE

All fares and other data showed on our site are liable to accessibility. Once an affirmation receipt has been issued the cost appeared on that receipt may just change as outlined underneath or on the off chance that you correct your booking. Payment for deposits that are made secures a reservation for yourself but does not guarantee the same price. Once full payment has been submitted this enables us to proceed to the next stage depending on the correct travel documents provided.

  •  CHANGES TO YOUR TRAVEL

As scheduled airline reserve the right to increase prices at any time the price shown on the confirmation invoice will only be guaranteed once full payment is received as mentioned above. The payment of deposit guarantees your seat, not the price. Cancellations and changes to flights will vary depending on the flight you are booking with. This will be addressed upon request. If any changes were to be made, we as your booking agent will notify you. In such any unlikely event we will inform you immediately and our objective will be to minimise your inconvenience, we will wherever possible offer you alternative arrangements as close as possible to your original choice.

  •  FLIGHTS

Your flight details will be displayed on your invoice confirmation. If a certain flight is requested we will try our best to provide this. It is your responsibility to ensure all travel documentation are correct and to alert us immediately if changes are necessary. Guarding your travel documents is as Important as safeguarding your money. The possibilities of replacing your travel documents are minimal in the case of theft or loss.

  • LUGGAGE

Travel Technologies Limited T/A mystudentholidays.com do not have any association for extra luggage carried by the passenger. All luggage limits will be provided before a booking is being made. All passengers are responsible for their own luggage through journeys which include transfers and travelling to and from destinations.

  • INSURANCE

Travel insurance is essential for your travel. We highly advise you take out travel insurance and read the terms and conditions in the case of any mishap.
No liability is accepted in any respect for any loss of property, injury, sickhealth, death, hospitalisation, theft or loss of airline tickets, passport, baggage or cash for the duration of the trip. You are entirely responsible for your personal travel and health insurance.

  • ATOL

All air holidays that are shown are ATOL protected via our third party partner. Once a booking has been made, the relevant ATOL number and details will be provided through the confirmation details. ATOL protection provides  a satisfied agreement through the customer and agent. We will ensure that all air holidays and flight bookings will cover you varying on the time made on the booking. ATOL protection will be provided to specifically for customers arrangements within the UK.

  • Special Requests

If you have any special requests in regards to diet considerations, baby sleeping arrangements or locating your accommodation rooms we will be more than happy to help. If one or other(s) have any disability requirement and would like to be assisted during travel, we will provide any important information to assist you in this. We will forward the requests to our supplier and will try our best to fulfil them. If the customer is elderly or disabled we will be able to assist you prior to any bookings that would be made. This will include the assistance during boarding and priority seats within the plane.

  • Jurisdiction

This agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to deal with any disputes arising between you and us or our suppliers.

  • Changes to these Terms and Conditions

We may need to make changes to these terms and conditions. Any changes can only be made by us and not any third party member. We reserve the right to amend or improve these terms and conditions without prior notification. When it is necessary for changes to be made, we will forward you a copy of these changes and all reservations will abide by the amended terms, with the exception of reservations already made.

  • Complaints

If in the event any complaints arise during your travel or stay, This will involve yourself with the supplier and any queries should be addressed to them. An immediate complaint must be filed for further action to occur. Any complaints with the service provided should be directed to info@mystudentholidays.com
